The Most Delicious 4 Ingredient Energy Balls With A Sprouted Crunch Coating

MAY 19, 2021

My Favorite Energy Balls With The Healthiest Crunch You've Ever Seen

Have you ever made your own energy balls? I promise, it couldn't be easier! All you need is a blender and a handful of ingredients to create a super nutritious snack which you can store for at least a week in an airtight container.

Plus, the Energy Balls in this recipe are extra special as they are coated with super healthy alfalfa sprouts. I know, it sounds a bit strange. But trust me, the flavor is incredible - not even mentioning the incredible crunch you get when using the super healthy and protein-loaded superfood.

What You Need To Make These Super Delicious Energy Ball Bliss Beauties

If you've made energy balls before, you know that the most important gadget you need is a high-powered blender. The one I used for these deliciously healthy balls is this one from Ninja. It's a pretty standard gadget - not the strongest from a power perspective - but it works just fine easy mixes, such as salsas, energy balls and co.

Next, what I can't recommend more is to coat your energy balls with sprouted alfalfa. Actually I made this discovery by accident when prepping another dish and having the sprouts laying on my kitchen counter. I am so amazed by the flavor and crunch the sprouts add to the soft date mix. The mildly nutty flavor of them harmonizes wonderfully with the super sweet date-chocolate mix.

These are the ingredients I used:

- Rapunzel Nut Butter with Dates

- Raw Cacao Powder

- Sunday Alfalfa Sprouts  If you want to give the super nutritious sprouted alfalfa seeds a try, head over to Sunday Natural. My discount code "RAWSUNDAY10" is valid from May 20-24 2021.

- 1001Frucht Medjool Dates
