We all know and love our avocado toast but have you ever tried the classic with a few prickly pear slices, tahini and crunchy seeds on top? I promise, you won't regret giving it a shot. I hope you enjoy this delicious, plant-loaded breakfast as much as I do during prickly pear / cactus fruit season. I think it is so much fun to change up the routine every once in a while and pimp the classic avocado toast with a super nutritious, seasonal "special ingredient". Don't you agree? :)
