Easy Oven-Roasted Sweet Potato (Base Recipe)

This is my favorite base recipe for Sweet Potatoes. In my opinion, Sweet Potatoes are just a perfect addition to any colorful Buddha Bowl. But they are also delicious by themselves or on a plate filled with other roasted veggies.
INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • OVEN-ROASTED SWEET POTATO CUBES (BASE RECIPE) :
    • -  
      600g Sweet Potato
    • -  
      30ml Olive Oil
    • -  
      1 Garlic Clove (minced)
    • -  
      Spices
    • -  
      Salt (according to taste)
    • -  
      Pepper (according to taste)
    • -  
      1/2 Tsp Ground Corinader
    • -  
      Chili Flakes (optional)
    • TOPPINGS :
    • -  
      Chopped Almonds
    • -  
      Balck Sesame
    • -  
      Feta cheese (if desired)
PREPARATION :
  1. Preheat oven at 180*C
  2. Wash your sweet potato, peel it, then cut it into small chunks
  3. Take the wedges and mix them with the olive oil, garlic and the remaining spices in a bowl
  4. Place seasoned sweet potato cubes on a baking dish and bake for 25-30min (or until soft and golden-brown)
  5. Top the sweet potatoes with Black sesame and the chopped almonds, add additional salt and pepper if needed and serve with your favorite dip. I love the eat my sweet potato wedges with any kind of dip, such as a Cashew Mustard Dip or Hummus
  6. Enjoy!
