Deliciously Healthy Ginger-Miso-Carrot Dressing (Raw, Vegan, RSF)

This deliciously healthy Ginger Miso Carrot dressing is the perfect, mildly sweet and super refreshing dressing recipe for your veggies. Carrot and ginger just form perfect harmony and together with the flavorful light miso, they form the perfect veggie "salsa".
INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • GINGER-MISO-CARROT DRESSING :
    • -  
      210g Carrot (shredded)
    • -  
      9g Ginger
    • -  
      150ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • -  
      150ml Water
    • -  
      2 Spring Onions (White Onion only)
    • -  
      4g Garlic (minced)
    • -  
      1 Lime
    • -  
      10g Nutritional Yeast
    • -  
      35g Miso (Light Brown Miso)
    • -  
      Salt/Pepper according to taste (omit the salt if not needed. Miso has a lot of flavor by itself)
    • -  
      1 Tsp Honey (Optional)
PREPARATION :
  1. Take all ingredients and place them into your high-power blender.
  2. Mix for 3-5min until smooth.
  3. Et voila - ready. Place into the fridge until you're ready to top it on your veggies.
