For all the fresh produce in this recipe, my number one recommendation is - visit your local farmer's market. I bet you will find freshly harvested peas and radicchio there. Plus, you do something for the local community and the environment if you shop offline.
For the specialty items, such as lentil pasta & whole tiger nuts, you can do the following: First, check at the farmer's market for Tiger nuts. A crazy farmer may even sell them as fresh plants.* If you're unsuccessful there, then check in your nearby supermarket or online.
