My Everyday Seed-Whole Grain Bread

My favorite and super easy whole grain bread for every day. The bread is a perfect base to kickstart your day. Topped with yoghurt, berries, seeds and nut butter, you got everything you need to make magic happen!
INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • WHOLE GRAIN BREAD :
    • -  
      1 package active yeast (42g) or 2 packages dry yeast
    • -  
      1/2 Tsp raw honey
    • -  
      500g whole grain spelt flour
    • -  
      170g seeds (For example 20g chia seeds, 50g flax seeds, 100g sunflower seeds)
    • -  
      60g old-fashioned oats
    • -  
      600ml water (200 thereof for starter)
    • -  
      5g salt
    • -  
      3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • -  
      2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
PREPARATION :
  1. Combine the yeast, honey and 200ml water in a bowl and stir carefully. Let the mix sit for a few minutes
  2. In the meantime, combine all bread ingredients except of the water in a bowl.
  3. Then add the yeast and the water and mix well.
  4. Let the dough rest for about 60min
  5. Then, place the dough into a loaf pan covered with baking paper and bake for about 1h at 180*C.
  6. Enjoy!
