Oh My Chia Chocolate Crunch Bowl
1 SERVINGS PREP TIME : 20 min COOK/REST TIME : overnight
Oh My Chia Chocolate Crunch Bowl is one of my favorites from the e-book. The mildly sweet Chia-Chocolate base is accompanied by a deliciously rich, creamy and super satisfying raw cacao-crunch topping. INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • CHIA OVERNIGHT BOWL :
    • -  
      50g Chia Seeds
    • -  
      Pinch of Salt
    • -  
      Pinch of fresh ground Vanilla
    • -  
      350ml Oat Milk
    • CHOCOLATE CRUNCH :
    • -  
      10g Cacao Butter (raw; melted. Sub with Coconut Butter)
    • -  
      4 dates (cut into tiny chunks)
    • -  
      1 Tbsp Oat Milk
    • -  
      1 Tbsp Almond Butter
    • -  
      1 Tbsp Cacao Powder
    • -  
      Pinch of fresh ground Vanilla
    • -  
      Pinch of Salt
    • -  
      Plus: Additional Almond Butter, Granola, Lime Zest
PREPARATION :
  1. Combine all Chia Bowl ingredients in a jar and stir well. Wait for a few minutes, stir again and place mix into the fridge overnight.
  2. To prep your chocolate crunch topping, take a small pot and combine all ingredients including the dates cut into tiny chunks. Heat mix on a very low heat; stir continuously until heated and well combined.
  3. Take the chocolate mix and the remaining toppings and place everything into your preferred serving bowl. I love to add a splash of freshness through fresh, organic lime or lemon zest.
  4. Enjoy!
