The mild sweetness of raw carrots and pear is balanced with pure hemp creaminess, crunchy cashews and super refreshing herbs. I really couldn't recommend the recipe more if you're in the mood for something light, healthy, beautiful and delicious.
Prio A and the most important item you need for a raw pasta party is a spiralizer. I actually have two at home. One very simple and classic one that definitely works if you just want to slice up a zucchini. Though, if you want to work with larger veggies or fruits, the mini gadget isn't the best. Here I recommend a spiralizer like this one.
Prio B are high quality organic ingredients. Those are always important but when you go raw, freshness becomes even more important. I love to buy my nuts and seeds from 1001Frucht.de or Amazon. My evaluation criteria - all ingredients of a raw food dish MUST be fresh and tasty by themselves.
