Savory White-Chia Pudding?

Oh YES My Dear!

Sunday Natural Products: Can't Recommend Them More

As you can see in the images, this post is "sort-of branded". When I fist stumbled across Sunday Natural I thought: Omg I absolutely love their design and packaging.Often times though, I get slightly skeptical if the brand simply is  "too beautiful". My logic: If they put so much effort into design and influencer marketing, the quality can't be premium.

Though and here comes why you see photos of their packaging all over this post. Not only my super eco-brother recommended their products to me, but also various friends from food technologists to dietitians and ecotrophologists (studied nutritional scientists). And from a flavor perspective - which I can judge judge myself with conviction - I am more than convinced.

From white Chia, to pink corn flour, adaptogenic mushrooms and Vitamin D3, take a look at their portfolio. I'm almost certain your plant foodie heart will fall in love immediately. Plus, in case you're ready to shop use my code BAKDANDRAW10 and save 10% on their entire portfolio from 12.03.-19.03.2021.

Savory Sweet Potato-Miso Pudding With White Chia
3 SERVINGS PREP TIME : 20 min COOK/REST TIME : Overnight
Have you ever tried Chia-Pudding in a savory style? This Savory Miso-Flavored & Sweet Potato-Based Chia Pudding Recipe topped with Avocado and Mint is a wonderful alternative to your every-day breakfast - loaded with plant nutrients, high in healthy omega 3-fats full of flavor.
INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • LAYER 1: SWEET POTATO-MISO PUDDING :
    • -
      1/2 of White Chia Base
    • -
      Dash of Salt/ Pepper
    • -
270g cooked & mashed organic Sweet Potato
    • -
      1/2 garlic clove (minced)
    • -
      1 Tsp Light Brown Miso
    • LAYER 2: :
    • -
Yoghurt (Greek Yoghurt or Vegan Alternative Coconut or Soy)
    • LAYER 3: WHITE CHIA TOPPING :
    • -
      1/2 of White Chia Base
    • -
      1 Tsp Maple Syrup
    • -
      Dash of fresh ground Vanilla
    • TOPPINGS :
    • -
      Avocado Slices
    • -
      Fresh Mint
    • WHITE CHIA BASE :
    • -
      50g White Chia Seeds
    • -
      400ml Almond Milk
PREPARATION :
  1. Note: Chia needs to soak overnight
  2. First make the white Chia base: Combine the chia with the plant milk, stir well and rest overnight in the fridge.
  3. Take the Chia out and half the mix into two equal portions. For the Sweet Potato-Miso Pudding, take half of the chia base and combine it with the ingredients listed in the ingredient list. I recommend to use cooled home-cooked organic sweet potatoes,. Simply cook the peeled and cut sweet potato chunks for about 20 min in boiling water. Puree them with a hand mixer and wait until cool.
  4. For the white Chia Topping I recommend to add a dash of fresh ground Vanilla and Maple Syrup which adds an incredible depth of flavor and contrast to the mildly savory Sweet-Potato Base.
  5. Enjoy and let me know what you think!
