Carrot Cake Oats Overnight

Raw, Veggie, Naturally Sweet! Who doesn’t love carrot cake? This raw veggie breakfast bowl isn't only incredibly delicious, creamy and satisfying, but also loaded with healthy fats, fibre and vitamins.
INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • BOWL- BASE RECIPE :
    • -  
      60g Oats
    • -  
      70g raw finely grated Carrot
    • -  
      300ml Oat Drink
    • -  
      1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
    • -  
      Pinch of fresh ground Vanilla
    • -  
      Pinch of Salt
    • -  
      1 Tsp Cinnamon
    • -  
      Pinch of Nutmeg
    • TOPPINGS & ADD-INS :
    • -  
      Black Berries
    • -  
      Handfull chopped Pecan Nuts
    • -  
      Handful chopped Raisins (chopped into tiny pieces)
    • -  
      1 Tbsp Curd or Coconut Yoghurt (vegan alternative) topping
PREPARATION :
  1. Start with grating the carrots into small pieces.
  2. Take a medium-sized bowl or a weck jar and place all the oat bowl ingredients into it. Mix well and place it into the fridge over night.
  3. Take the bowl out in the morning and decorate. I absolutely love the combination with a spoonful of curd, pecans and chopped raisins. But feel free to replace any of those with something else. (Walnuts for example, work great as well in the combination.)
