Raw, Veggie, Naturally Sweet! Who doesn’t love carrot cake? This raw veggie breakfast bowl isn't only incredibly delicious, creamy and satisfying, but also loaded with healthy fats, fibre and vitamins.
BOWL- BASE RECIPE :
70g raw finely grated Carrot
300ml Oat Drink
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Pinch of fresh ground Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
TOPPINGS & ADD-INS :
Handfull chopped Pecan Nuts
Handful chopped Raisins (chopped into tiny pieces)
1 Tbsp Curd or Coconut Yoghurt (vegan alternative) topping
Start with grating the carrots into small pieces.
Take a medium-sized bowl or a weck jar and place all the oat bowl ingredients into it. Mix well and place it into the fridge over night.
Take the bowl out in the morning and decorate. I absolutely love the combination with a spoonful of curd, pecans and chopped raisins. But feel free to replace any of those with something else. (Walnuts for example, work great as well in the combination.)
