For years I searched for an easy condiment to make my veggies shine and finally found it. This super-nutritious seed mix is the perfect topping to add some extra magic to an easy plant dish. Plus the cool thing is - aside from its magical flavor and crunchy texture - it is loaded with nutrients contributing to our overall wellbeing.

Bakd&Raw Superseed Mix
20 SERVINGS PREP TIME : 5 min COOK/REST TIME : 10-12 min
This superseed mix is the perfect topping for your veggie dishes, salad bowls, breakfast breads, and more. The superseed mix is full of flavor, healthy fats, and loaded with minerals. 
INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • SUPERSEED MIX :
    • -  
      75g Sesame seeds
    • -  
      30g Puffed amaranth
    • -  
      50g Chia seeds
    • -  
      30g Pumpkin seeds
    • -  
      50g heatable olive oil
    • -  
      8g Tamari or soy sauce
    • -  
      20g Nutritional yeast
    • -  
      60g rolled oats (or sunflower seeds for a pure seed mix)
    • -  
      Salt & pepper according to taste
    • -  
      Dried herbs (eg. dried thyme or dried wild garlic)
PREPARATION :
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Place the seed mix onto a baking tray and bake in your preheated oven at 150*C (Top-Bottom heat) for about 10-12min. Be careful and watch your oven closely during the process. Nuts and seeds burn very easily.
