The Best Vegan "Mayonnaise" In The Whole Wild World

Vegan Cashew-Mustard Dip

The best healthy Mayonnaise replacement in the world. The "salsa" or dip is vegan, sugar-free, loaded with healthy fats and in my very honest opinion beyond satisfying. Plus, it is so easy to prep, I promise!
INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
INGREDIENTS :
    • VEGAN CASHEW-MUSTARD DIP :
    • -  
      50g Cashew Butter (100% Cashew)
    • -  
      4g Garlic (minced)
    • -  
      Juice from 1 fresh organic lemon (Alternative: 1.5 limes - I love both flavors)
    • -  
      2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • -  
      1/2 Tsp sugar free Mustard (or more depending on the spice level of your mustard)
    • -  
      2-3 Tbsp Water
    • -  
      Spices: Salt/Pepper
PREPARATION :
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. I like to use a hand mixer here as it helps me to integrate the minced garlic into the salsa mix.
  2. The same rules apply to the salsa: Season according to taste. I used my super spicy homemade mustard and therefore only used 1/2 Tsp. However, feel free to add more.
  3. Cool your fries for a few seconds, add the desired amount of salt and top them with fresh herbs. I personally love the combination with cilantro but you can also add any other herb. (For decoration purposes, I uses sunflower sprouts in the image.)
